CPU voltage set to 1.21250V in BIOS but only showing about 1.8 on everest and CPU-Z? is my voltage locked or something?

CPU and PCI Spread spectrum is also disabled in the BIOS
Motherboard is a ASUS Rampage Formula

Thanks

Also need to add i ran Prime95 with these settings, was stable for 6/12 hours till prime detected and error and computer rebooted? Is 6/12 hours stable enough?

Thanks

Voltage dropping is normal. It can be combatted with the Loadline Calibration option if you so wish.

And personally I'd go for 8 hours without an error.

Thanks for your reply. Loadline calibration is on auto at the moment. Would disabling it sort the voltage drops?

Take a look at my screenshot as well i ran stable for 6+ hours but im wondering what voltages you would recommend for it to run for longer stable. I upped the CPU voltage a few notches over 1.2000V but it still fails after 6+ hours?

Do i need to keep upping CPU voltage or is this ok and should i up fsb voltage or something. Also heard that touching PLL voltage is risky?

Thanks :)

IIRC leaving LLC on auto actually disables it. You would need to enable it to make it work.

If more CPU voltage is making no difference then it's one of the PLL, FSB Term or NB voltages. Raise PLL by 0.02v and run Prime95. If that doesn't work then lower it again and then raise FSB Term by 0.02v etc etc.
