Volts for Corsair Ram

Does it not say on the documentation? On my Corsairs (2x 2Gb) albeit the DHX ones, it says 1.8v to run at 266 and 2.1v for 400Mhz.

Also check cpu-z. On mine it lists the memory speeds, timings and voltages for each. I notice Corsair website says "JEDEC standard latency settings
(5-5-5-18) at 1.9V" so i'm guessing that will be at 400Mhz.

In theory I'm sure they will be the same chips inside so should be safe for 2.1v however, the DHX have better heatsinks which might mean they can cope with 2.1v when yours can't.

For me on cpu-z it gives me the memory speeds, timings but not the voltages.

I have it set to 2.0v at the moment at 400Mhz but can't get the timings down.

I'll give it another go at some point but the timings are set to auto at the moment, as it doesn't boot when I reduce the timings.

Ive got them set at 1.9v tho, cos thats what the volts say on the sticks

I tried using memset and the correct settings appear when its open also the DC mode changes to symmetric.

But as soon as i close memset it reverts back to the high timings and DC mode asymmetric.

I have these same sticks running at the default 1.9v and 5-5-5-18. I'm starting to take my FSB over 400 with the memory 1:1 and was wondering how far these are likely to go at the default timings. Cooling shouldn't be too much of a problem as there's a 120mm fan blowing straight on to them so I'm sure upping the vdimm a bit would be ok.
Thanks for any info.
