Volts increase in CPU-Z?

I have set my CPU volts to 1.35 in the bios for my i7 920 CPU @ 4.0GHZ, when I check CPU-Z it says 1.344 idle and 1.36 underload, are these volts o.k? Max temp under Prime95 are 80/79/77/76 stable. I tired dropping the Volts to 1.325 and it became unstable.

I have also notice my ram has moved from a standard 8-8-8-24 to 9-9-9-24 1T 2:8, any ideas why? I guess I wont loose much performance through this?

it is possible for the software to read it wrong, have you got the latest version of cpu-z? try a different program to verify it, everest?

Yeah I have the lastest version, Asus AI suite also gives the same readings
