Volume/Mute Button PS/2 Kboard Not Working

I am using my old PS/2 keyboard but the volume/mute keys do not work.

Is there a way I can them working? I googled the model number and downloaded drivers but it does not work.

Could I then somehow bind F10-12 to serve as this function somehow? Thanks

if they keys don't work it'll be either a firmware or software issue. as you have already done the driveres id believe it safe to assume that the software in use doesn't recognise these buttons. some software does allow you to configure these buttons but its not that common at the moment
