Volume shadow copy on Nas drive?

I have a Netgear Ready NAS, Is there anything I can do regarding shadow copy? restoring previous versions.
The drive isnt used as a backup and is the main data drive. Stupid users will delete files

ReadyNas 1100 using smb share 4tb data.

Thanks for that, Yes it does do snapshots Now I wonder when it resizes the volume does it delete all data!?!?

I think i'll wait for a backup to finish. Thanks for your comments.
