Vomit??

Hey guys, ok im a student so I am quite familiar with this vomiting malarkey

I am at home at the moment and this is the first time i have drunk in 4 days. I went to my local pub and before it I had 3 bottles of grolsch and at the pub I had 4 pint of stella.

I don't feel this is enough to make me ill by any standards, i am used to drinking far more than this, but since getting back i have vomited large pieces of meaty looking bloody pieces into the sink.

I would like to add at this point that for my tea (at around 6.20pm), i ate rare/medium steak for the first time?

Am I ok?

Lol, so why was I sick when I don't feel it at all? Any clues?

I feel totali fine and as if I shouldn't have been sick. The way I can describe it is puking up chunky chicken pieces, kinda red coloured and hard to wash down a sink, very hard in fact (10 mins). I shall go downstairs now and drink milk if this is a good suggestion

I would love to put it down to being a lightweight but considering about a week ago i drunk way over 10 pint i'm kinda woried?

Am I ok?
