I have to say though, I think John Terry is better than Caragher, JTs world class, not just how well he plays but his state of mind. He doesnt let anything get to him, hes always focused when you see him playing. Never smiling, always yelling commands at his team. Thats sometimes better than being a good defender. But he still is world class at deffending, off course lol.
 
I agree with a lot of people have said about Gerrard, he is often a one man player, plays for himself but lampard plays as a team, thats why Gerrard gets more praise because he always goes for it him self where Lampard just plays it arround. Yes, he is a very good goal scorer but he doesnt normally go forwad with the ball, if a ball of Crespos or Drogba or whoever comes back out lampard is oftne there to smash it back in the net. Thats why hes the better player, he works as a team and doesnt take over peoples possitions.

Gerrards good, but personally Lampard is better, although I do think together they could make quite a good centeral attacking middfield.
 
Okey, heres my say.

Why lampard?: Hes just a quallity midfielder, plays where he is supposed to and works well as a team. Also, he is a great kick-taker. At the start of the season he was the prems highest top scoccer and hes a midfielder? I rate Gerrard but I believe Lampard is better for the fact that hes much more strong upfront which Gerrard isnt.

Why Crespo?: Fowlers good, I admit it but has anyone ever seen goals scored like Crespos, take the liverpool match (i think it was that one, correct me if im wrong). A left footed volly into the goal, not many strikers could have pulled that off.

Why Terry?: How many deffenders do you know who can score goals aswell as be a world class deffender. Its a fact, terry is world class, not many balls get past him. Fair enough, he slips up, but not often. Carra is good too, but can he go forwad for corners etc and score goals like Terry does, then go back and deffend? No.

Also, It has to be said. Lampard is better than Gerrard. Who came runner up in footballer of the year may I ask? ;)

I agree.

No one means to break someone elses leg. Does he go out there with the intention in his mind: "BREAK SOMEONES LEGS!", no. Its football, its happened before and it will sure happen again, you cant go pointing the finger at the player.

Just because he broke Alonso's legs, does that make him any of a lesser player. Does that mean hes not runner up in footballer of the year this year? No, hes a quallity player and because he did something like that, by accident does not make him any lesser of a player.
