Poll: Voting Intention [All Time]

Who would you vote for if a General Election was held today?

  • Total voters
    253
  • Poll closed .
Same answer as last time:

Really couldn't say.

Generally speaking I'd go Lib Dem as they most closely match my ideals and despite him never winning, I like the local candidate. But it's such a Tory stronghold that even every non tory voter united behind a single candidate couldn't unseat him without a big upswing in turnout.

Considering that 5 elections running my vote has counted for absolutely nothing I'm fairly apathetic to the whole thing to the point where I'm not even sure it'd be worth the effort to vote anymore unless I fancied a pint on my way to the voting station. Maybe wipe my backside on my ballot. There's always the chance the **** could deface more than just mine and actually count for something.

Conservative, I live in a northern labour stronghold with an MP that doesn’t give a **** and doesn’t need to work to keep their seat, conservative are typically second largest here, so anything to bring them down a peg.

Labour seem to have very little in the way of a concrete plan, plus down here the Lib Dems probably have the best chance of unseating the Tories.

But the main thing for me is voting reform. Labour and Tories won't offer it, so I feel I have to vote Lib Dem on this issue alone. UK is shafted without voting reform, esp after new boundaries further allow Tories to game the whole system.

I love how in the night Labour and Lib Dems had a big lead, but now that people are actually waking up for work Conservatives have caught up. :D

i will draw a massive dong on the ballot paper with a sentence that says see this and know what you all are.

Conservative. There are that far into the process of Brexit they should see it through. Plus the idea of having Labour in power just scares the hell out of me. They would completely screw this country up even more than the Conservatives already have.

Lol that anybody would vote Tory after the last 8 years of terrible government.
Actually should be 6 years of terrible government, and 2 years of no government.

Are you one of those people that think they could do better, always blame the current/previous government.
I really don't think any of the others could have done any better. There isn't an unlimited amount of funding for things, you give with one hand you need to take away with the other. No such thing as give and give.

I don't have any allegiance to any party I will vote for who ever offers the best policy. Too many people vote through pressure and what other family members vote. Funny when you ask someone why they voted for labour (as an example) to be told I hate conservative they shut the mines. Lol

Honestly don't know. No-one represents my views anymore. I traditionally vote conservative but they are a bit of a train wreck at the moment. I would consider voting labour if Abbott and Corbstello were not at the helm so they are out too. UKIP have gone full retard (never go full retard). The greens have always been too loony. I guess that leaves Lib Dem although I'm not keen on their policies.

I have voted Tory, Labour, and Lib Dems in my life. None of the current crop are worthy.

Tories and UKIP - too right wing
Labour - too left wing
Lib Dems - centre ground but have gone into oblivion

Altern8 - representing the ravers across the nation. Sod Brexit. Sod the Criminal Justice Bill (that made raves illegal). Make raves legal again. Vote Altern8!

They've always been a candle in the wind.

My core wants is that I want them to separate the people on benefits into two groups. Those that can't be arsed and don't want to do anything and those that are willing but unable.
The first group should be left to rot. The second should be looked after.
Crime and NHS next on the list. But also within both stop wasting money in the wrong areas.
Sick to death of sending money abroad as well, help our own homeless first, well the deserving ones anyway.

Rant over, but that's why I'm not voting for any of the current lot.

Foreign Aid is just the acceptable term for overseas bribes.
We aint never gonna get rid of that !

I'd vote for whichever party is the most pro remain.

Problem is that the sitting Tory candidate has a 22000 majority - so no point in voting - literally no point. They could put a blue rosette on a donkey and it would get in here.
