VP stats = Amber

Ok, my speeds right now loading websites are absolutely horrible. I checked my status of exchange and it's listed on the amber list.

What does this mean being on Amber, that the exchange is busy and it can't handle the amount of users connected? Will this mean it will stay like this til it gets upgraded?

Download speeds seem ok, pings on games fluctuate but stay lowish.

Have i answered my own questions?

near capacity limits so there will be contention kicking in for the bandwith im guessing

It means when BT generated the data that the VP was running outside their performance limits.
It doesn't mean you'll necessarily see less congestion when it's upgraded and goes green, and it doesn't necessarily mean you'll see congestion now.
