Hi,
I just got my VP930 3 days ago. I found a dead pixel and they replaced the monitor with a new one.
I installed PerfectSuite in order to setup the monitor.
the only feature I have a problem with is the Brightness...
for fixing the brightness I must first set it to the lowest level. in that level I'm supposed to see all black (like it shows in the program window), but I can't get the brightness to show all black and I keep seeing the numbers showed. (and I see them well)
Am I doing something wrong? is the something wrong with the monitor?
I just noticed one more thing:
when I'm using the monitor's panel to change brighness, the buttons (up and down) something don't react to the pressings, meaning, I sometime have to press the button twice to get the level move once. same happens when I'm changing the brighness level using PerfecSuite.
the when I'm in contast mode the buttons react just fine, each pressing changes the contast level.
