VPN - Access - HELP

Hi,

I have set up my router for VPN access into my home network for when I am working remotely.

This is fine, but my external IP address keeps changing as I do not have a static IP address.

Do I use http://www.dyndns.com/ ?

Is it easy to setup (is their a guide anywhere) and also is it secure?

If their is a better paid service, I am willing to investigate.

Well you have what is called a dynamic IP.

I tried dyndns on my router and it didnt work. On my server i use noIP which does a good job so i can access things outside my network.
