We have 2 laptops that are used from the same home, both connect via the same internet connection to different offices via vpn. The first laptop connects to 'office a' fine. No disconnections or any connection issues at all. The second laptop seems to connect to 'office b' fine, but it frequently disconnects. Unfortunately i can't really go into the specifics of the system setups (other than the vpn software is 'Netgear prosafe vpn client) as the laptops aren't mine, and the users aren't very computer literate. Im just trying to get some rough ideas of what could be causing the disconnection issues on the second laptop. The vpn software on the second laptop is used by many other users on their own systems, and there have been no previous issues, and its been setup exactly the same way. The only other thing i can think to add is that the windows firewall on the second laptop is disabled. Also the second laptop seems to connect to the internet fine, no disconnections.
