VPN for sports betting abroad

Not sure if this is the right section but I'll ask anyway

A friend of mine who lives in America is looking for a VPN service so that he can use british betting sites abroad. He's tried a site called vpn4all but it hasn't worked for him.

Any recommendations?

I have no recommendations but do tell your friend to be careful, I'd imagine any bets are invalid if placed abroad, if the bookies caught wind of him using a vpn, I've no doubt they won't pay out!

PIA works for me on William Hill, Ladbrokes and Sky but not Bet365. PureVPN on it's 'maximum security' setting works on Bet365 but it's possible that it wont work forever.

Thanks for that - much appreciated. He owns UK property and has a UK bank account so I'd be surprised if he did get caught out. If he did, it probably wouldn't be the end of the world as he won't be betting large amounts.
