VPN Issues

Hi

Just got a new laptop and having problems connecting to a PPTP VPN
Works fine via 3G and LAN but on wireless it doesn't connect and times out. The wireless adapter picks up a correct IP Address and can ping/view webpages.

Are the correct wireless drivers installed?? Windows 7 maybe using a windows compatible driver rather than the manufacturers driver. They are designed for basic use and it maybe that it's not working 100% for VPN.
