VPN/Proxy Servers

Anyone have any recommendations for a VPN or Proxy service to use wiith 50mb Virgin subscription.

BTGuard seems to be the only one I can find, anyone used such a service.

Also what about Usenet services, again which would be best and easiest for a newbie to use.

Depends on what you want from Usenet, but Virgin does have it's own servers. (Well they are actually Highwinds).

Retention is not great tho so I use Astraweb and I hit over 6MB/s on 50Mb

I prefer Sweden as they do not keep records. Openvpn is the most secure This company offer openvpn and software to disconnect should your connection go down.

Not having 50 or anything like I can't comment on the speeds but Sweden has some of the best pipes in the World
