VPN - question

Hi there,
Is it possible to setup a VPN that has the same features as this site: http://www.banana-vpn.com/index.htm/

Does anyone have any good guides on how to do it?

What exactly are you trying to achieve ? Im guessing you want to browse sites that may be blocked by school or work ?

Bare in mind that permission to create VPN connections maybe restricted and that VPN ports may also be blocked by your school/work.

If you get caught doing things you shouldnt it could be smacked bum bum time too.

Its nothing to do with a school or work network. I live in dubai, and the ISP block things like skype so VPN is the only way around it.
