VPN question

Hi.
I'm currently using a VPN (Hotspot shield) to bypass Pandora's (radio station) licensing thing where it can't be used outside of the US.
Since my IP is changed to an American host, it thus makes my latency in games higher.
I was wondering if there was any program I could use to ignore the VPN for some programs/websites and use my own IP for them.

You could probably achieve this using static routes - add routes to the American service via the VPN and have your default route pointing to your local router.
