I use privateinternetaccess.com pretty cheap if you pay for year at a time. Depends what you want it for though? Just to hide from ISP? Make sure no logs? To buy/access things from other countries?

With private internet access, are you able to connect to the Mexican, indian servers or is just restricted to a few?
