Do you want to VPN in to home? Or vpn out to somewhere else..

Dynamic DNS is what you may need to look into. This is typically a service that runs on your router. Say you registered myhouse2013.noip.com . You would connect to that DNS babe and if your IP changes, your router will tell noip to update the record. This is for connecting to your own home when out and about.

Many options.

And for this my recommendation would be DuckDNS :)

e; Although it does seem like OP wants a VPN to hide his actual IP but one that changes every time he disconnects and reconnects. For this I haven't a clue, I had a Nord subscription for when I was working remotely and needed to securely transfer data but I got rid as no longer need it, I never tested if it did your desires.

Both home and work, we use VM at home and work we have static IP. I some time need to switch IP.

OP appears to be looking for a dynamic endpoint.

Does it have to be via a VPN? A proxy would achieve similar although obviously without the encryption.

I'm not aware of any services but it would seem unlikely many companies would offer a vast array of endpoints at will (ie every connection).

Why do you require ever changing IPs? It's obviously more than just skirting geographical restrictions.

Whilst I'm sure it's not, wanting a vast array of endpoints at will is usually associated with nefarious activity.

No but i thought a vpn would be the best option.
I did think of a proxie but I thought everyone would already use them and it would cost around the same

When our IP gets locked out of cpanel/website ect and it has happened with a few other things.

Nord lets you connect through a large number of different servers, all with different IPs. It's at least 200 from my very quick flick through the mobile app.

:edit: it seems some servers might share IPs, however they have over 2000 IPs and also offer an onion routed option, which gives you a different IP every 5 minutes.
