VRam getting close to MAX :s

I've not used my PC for games must since last October, just put win8 on with the New Nvidia drivers and my Vram usage has gone up on all BF3 maps, i'm sure it was around 2500mb before.

Aslo wow what a difference PCI-E 3.0 has made, before with all setting to max the game would play but not smooth now its letting me max out the game and stay smooth at 35-70fps All i need is 2 Titans now :s

What res you playing at?

My single 7970 has those fps at 2560x1600 with 4xAA on o.O

7680X1440 Sli Gtx 680 4Gb Im getting a steady 60FPS With no AA, but really at this res you don't see any difference apart from reduced performance with it on lol. The big thing is PCI-e 3.0 it made a massive difference, maybe it was needed for the high res.

PCI-e 3.0 will definitely be the cause of your increased performance. SLI 4gb cards probably need it to full utilize all the vram.

Yeah makes you wonder why they don't apply this when cards are in sli or surround/eyefinity setups as default by the driver..
