So, what with the addition of ATI VRAM monitoring, and the conflicting opinions with its use with Crossfire etc.

I'm completely stumped.
When I was playing Deus Ex : HR, it was around 700mb.. Sounds about right?

I just played the Hard Reset Demo on Steam, oh lets have a look at my VRAM usage? ;

I have two 1GB cards, so, what's the verdict? Crossfire users should divide the amount shown by the amount of cards they have?

But then Gareth who runs an eyefinity set up was getting less VRAM usage on games he was playing maxed out, and he has 3 GPU's IIRC?

I play at 1920x1080 on a Dell P2210H with two 6870's in Crossfire.

Yeh, it's half.

Looks like you've got to divide it with the amount of GPU's you have.
Which means Deus Ex ran at like 350mb VRAM...
sounds about right..

it's weird that the max i've seen mine go to is 1.75gb~ with cf in some games, surely with 3way cf it would have times it by 3?

Just to confirm - with my GTX470 SLI setup and max settings in Deus Ex: HR my average VRAM useage was 350MB which conveniently is half of 700MB.
