VRM heatsink for 4870

I have a water block and stick on heatsinks on my vrm on my 4870 but it gets very toasty when overclocking and I only have a basic airflow through the case.

I don't want to add a fan for the card as I like my silence and I don't want to hack the heatsink off my 4870 stock cooler in case I need to sell it or return under warranty.

ANybody suggest a heatsink I could buy to fit/modify?

What sort of solutions have people implemented?

I have some sinks 15mmx12mm (W/L) but I think they may be too large.

Perhaps grab a dead 4870 from somewherw ith the cooler intact and hack it off?

Not used them myself but they should do the trick.

well i have some BGA sinks I just think they will fit awkwardly as the spacing on the 4870 seems very close.

I'll just figure out something to ghetto fab as I did on my 4850.

I just got myself a Zalman VRM sink and it's very effective. VRM temps are around 30ish idle and 50ish load....with a 120mm fan turning quietly load temps stay in the 40s

Looks like a sapphire mrk 2 card if Im not mistaken with that red H/S.

It's actually a HIS rev 1 (digital voltage reg. circuit)

I have only seen a sapphire mrk 2 with out its H/S. The original 4870s dont have the red H/S.
