GB ab350 gaming 3 , ryzen 1600 - overclocked 3.8hz,
just wondering if my vrm mos and vsoc mos temperatures are good ?vrm mos 41C vsoc mos 52C , these temps are taken with just the windows system running .

That's pretty low, but the temperatures under load are more important really.
been playing on forza horizon 3 4k ultra settings 1 hour , vrm mos 67C vsoc mos 63C , Don't have the fans on full pelt but the water cooling keeps the CPU temp around 40C which is good.

Yep - but they also have expect lifespan at that temperature.

IIRC the rule of thumb is every 10 degree increase above 80 degrees halves the projected lifespan.

And then you get the mix of industrial capacitors rated at 125 degrees vs domestic ones rated at 105.

I think you're overestimating the capacitors specification.

Capacitors are routinely uprated with either higher voltage or higher temperature components as a preventative measure to stop early failure - it doesn't mean you want to run them to those ratings.
