VS2008 and .NET 3.5 have RTM'd

Will it run side-by-side with VS 2003 and VS 2005? o_O
MSDN is working fine for me, btw.

I had VS2005 Pro installed previously and rather than update it, it has installed separately and I can load up both different versions at the same time.

I’m assuming this will be like Visual Studio 2005 in that you will have to convert old projects to the new format then after that they won’t open in older versions?
