As you maybe aware I binned the 106 of fail the other day and I was chuffed to bits that I would finally be rid of it, this however presented me with a problem, I had to actually go and buy one, with no car. My funds were limited as my net worth was tied up in my offshore accounts so I had to dip into my emergency fund. Paradgim linked me to a car in Swansea and offered to take me, as his knowledge of the E36 is second to non I gladly accepted his offer.

So today we drove down to look at the car, it was mechanically fine, patchy service history but expect on a car with 159,000 miles . The MOT's matched, the HPI was clear and the body work is absolutely brilliant condition bar a small rust patch below the drivers door and 2 tiny dings which are easily reapirable.

It's got Sunroof, dual zone climate, rear headrests, 6CD changer, 18 button OBC, probably some more bits but I'm tired :o

It drives so well and was a pleasure to drive back, apart from the sticky accerator pedal, but I'll leave that bit. I paid £1400 and recieved a brillaint car in my view, whthere this is true will be come clear over the next few months :)

First job is to ditch the knob (Olly can have it), the Nexun 2000's (Clarkey can have them) and buy an ///M Badge.

Big thanks to Elliott for giving me a lift down to look at the car, 330d goes quite well :o

Long day it was too, stupid drivers who can't drive in the rain

It really is as good as it looks in the PH photos (wtf happened to the shot in the petrol station  ), and with a bit of attention here and there, it could be 100% mint without much outlay :)

Enjoy it, and don't bin it \o/
