Hello, is this normal while playing games?

im worried about the temperature, is it safe being that high? and what about all the other settings is it safe? the fan doesnt seem to spin faster than 44% on auto i dont think, iv got a VTX 7870.
 
seems ok to me in current weather

set a manual fan speed, around 43% is inaudible(it will go higher automatically if need be)
