Hi i've had this card for about 10-11 months and it has had black screen issues but these were very rare so I just decided to keep it (hoping they were driver issues that would be resolved) and they would only happen when watching 2 videofile side by side (never an in-game crash). Now this issue has got worse the last 2 months still no crashes during gameplay just video playback but it happens during playing a single videofile now. I bought it from OCUK never done a RMA what is the process? Do I contact VTX3D or OCUK? It was bought in December 2013 with 2 years warranty.
