vtx3d rma??

From what you say - Time for a new Psu ?

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-115-AN&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1088

Just under 2 years old that, did a bit of research before i went with it, scored around 85% eff for most tests. Could be on its way out but i doubt it. Will run another 6950 with that PSU as well.

Was only sending around 1.32 volts for a modest 3.8ghz overclock on an i5 750.
Looks like it needs more juice to cope with extra burden of a 6950.

Cant really be bothered to spend hour upon hour getting a stable overclock right now. Will get round to it, probably just before BF 3 goes retail :)

Very odd!

I'm running the 650w version of the same psu - 2500k @ 4.2 1.2/3 v + 470(Zalman cooler with 2 fans) clocked at 480 speed + 750 WD & 250 Hitachi HD's+blueray drive + dvd re-writer + eco (sealed unit) watercooling & 6 (7 if you include the radiator Apache fan) fans. Solid as a rock (Am busy touching wood; just in case!).

Still could be the psu on its way ,of course, but would agree , given my experience , that such is unlikely. Good luck in tracing the actual problem:)

To be sure you need to test it on another psu which is always a tricky situation to be in.

Had this response from vtx3d

" Tks for using VTX3D Product. Please kindly provide Serial number labeled on the card. It looks like this one: “PGxxxxxxxxx”

The fastest way to process RMA is to return the card to the shop or etailer you purchase from. If you can’t reach them, I will use the Serial number to contact local partner and check the warranty shortly.

You’re very welcome to reach me if there is any question or problem.

Best Regards "

But yeah, contact information is in Taiwan.
Price was too good to turn down at £190 inc p+p.
Mixed opinions on vtx3d all over the web.

What was the email used to contact them?

You got a response from TUL's RMA service? You might be the first person ever. :p

I'd go back to the retailer and hassle them.
