Vulkan not being recognized rx 7600

Anyone got any advice?
So far, Doom Eternal has failed to load saying i'm missing Vulkan, and Quake 2 RTX says "vulkan-1.dll was not found"

GPU-z shows vulkan missing but AMD adrenaline shows it installed (see picture)
