Why is it not possible to download the Vulkan Run Time Libraries separately now? Download links redirect to latest Nvidia drivers which I do not want to install.

Vulkan runtime libraries are required by some games and are not included in the Nvidia driver im using.

Looking for Vulkan Run Time Libraries 1.0.54.1, 1.0.65.0 or whatever is the latest
