They started the 6n2s in 2000 didnt they? Think you can get Mk4 Golfs on an S reg?

You could indeed. Our passat was an R though, so even earlier.

I "think" that model of passat came out a year before though.

yeah I'm just saying when the came in with those models. The first mk4 golf came in 1997 and the 6N2 polo in 2000

the b5 passat came out in 1996

I'd say passat as it was a 1996 release, the MK4 golf came later.

I had a 1997 mkIII golf with green lit dials, and now a 2003 mkIV with the funky blue, so somewhere inbetween for the Golf range

(whenever the mk4 came out presumably)
