I got this monitor today. I bit my tongue and bought it because i figured i needed to move from a 17" CRT to a big TFT and chose this one.
I chose the Viewsonic because i heard bad things about the Belinea's build quality and figured i'd like something stable. It was also that little bit cheaper being on This Week Only so that helped persuade me.
I'm glad i bought it, straight out the box it looks damn sexy with a sleek design and a nice build. I plugged it in and set it off, everything worked fine. I played around with the colour quality (was a little too bright and a bit grainy) and installed the drivers from the CD, it was great. The screen has very little backlight bleeding, i never notice it unless i'm specifically looking for it. The pictures below overexaggerate it a lot, so take it with a pinch of salt.
I'd recommend this monitor to anyone wanting a 20"er though. No dead pixels, great quality and looks superb! No ghosting as i can see in games either.

I'm looking to get the same monitor, in fact i've already made my mind up, just tryin to sell off my CRT first. Any chance you (or someone with a VX2025) can take measurements of the horizontal/vertical size of the screen itself and one the same again for the monitor. Cheers guys.

Viewable: 27cm Height, 43.5cm Width, 51cm Diagonally.

Monitor itself: 33.5cm Height (down the middle - not including stand), 49cm Width, 57cm Diagonally.

Did it shock you when you first opened the delivery to find a huge monitor compared to what you were using? I'm still using a 17" CRT and have used your 20" measurements to compare the two, and the difference seems gigantic!

It's a great monitor, but the base is too big for my liking, it detracts from the actual screen.

For sure. I put it up on my desk and thought holy hell, i can definately get used to this. It is damn big and the resolution is fantastic. I'd say tha picture quality is better than my CRT aswell as the space saving lol
