So I rma my VX922 over 1 dead pixel which falls within Viewsonics warranty replacement. Suddenly developed this dead pixel after moving house.
Anyway, 3 weeks later a refurb arrives (today). Worse then the last. At least 2 stuck pixels, and I would say at least 1 dead pixel (shows up white on every colour except white). Also one of the stuck/dead pixels flickers in and out. Luckily the courier had no instructions to take back the old screen. So now I have 2.
So what should I do now ? I was thinking of ringing Viewsonic to say I got the new screen and it is worse then the last and has at least 2 dead pixels. And can they collect it and provide me with a screen with zero dead pixels. Should I mention the courier had no instructions to collect the old screen and I am now using that still ?
