atm i'm cooling..
FX 55 @ 2.8
XFX 6800 ultra
Northbridge on the ASUS AN8 SLI Deluxe
I'm using Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra+ Watercooling Kit here
I'm going to be getting a 8800 GTX and an Swiftech MCW60 8800 Series Adapter Kit for the GPU waterblock but will the double rad be enough to cool all this or should i fit in another rad???

I can't see an 8800gtx being that much hotter than a 6800ultra, iirc they were seriously hot beasts.

Plus an extra rad will only help get rid of a couple of degrees so its probably not worth the bother.

Although seeing as you're draining maybe now would be a good time if you have a spankingly obvious place in your case. Personally I'd save the money and get a new cpu etc ;)

double rad is fine. three fan rad is a overkill really.

save up and get a core2duo system. even if you get the cheapest core2duo combination possible it will still be faster than the fx55

i was shocked when i went from my amd 4400dual core at 3.2ghz to my E6600 at 2.4ghz it was nearly double as fast. and now iv got it up to 3ghz with ease, no voltage rase needed or anything. there amazing.

and with your graphics card. dont buy a 8800 just yet..

wait a few weeks wilst there are a few more new cards available

And with watercooling, well, unless you're unlucky on the batch, you'll get a LOT more!
