No, but I wouldn't waste any money on the tubing cutter - a big pair of sharp kitchen scissors will do the job far better.

Doesn't that kit come with the updated GTZ which includes the socket 1366 adaptor anyway?
Looks like a good bundle (coming from someone who knows virtually zero about WC... :) )
