I must confess I had forgotten it existed. I didn't see it on TV, nor YouTube, nor even radio. I'm guessing that a combination of a lack of coverage and a lack of publicity contributed to the lack of funds - why pay to advertise there if you're not getting seen?

I thought it was already dead after ending early last year.

Always seemed a bit of an oxymoron to me. They're trying to get women competing with men by running a series just for women

It was meant as a feeder series, supposedly... But yeah, I agree.

Jamie Chadwick it's only champion though :D Shame she's only managed to get into Indy NXT.

It'd essentially been superseded by F1 Academy anyway so I don't think it makes all that much difference. It had a few decent races, and probably helped give some more women competitive single seater experience but ultimately it doesn't seem to have achieved much in the way of promoting female talent.

A feeder series with no defined path to a bigger series. Just a promise of some money (a promise which turned out to be worth nothing at all), and a bit of career advice from David bloody Coulthard - who had title-worthy F1 cars several times but didn't win a title. Just the kind of guy you want to go to for advice on how to win

The only race I think I saw was from Hockenheim - the TV coverage was amateurish, the track preparation was poor and the racing not particularly special.
