If you want to get started with folding check out the stickies at the top of the page. Billy's guide is very detailed and great if you want to know the ins and outs. However if you wanna get folding RIGHT NOW then I suggest Joe42s excellent quick guide.

It should take you less than 5 minutes to get your rig folding for Team 10 and will probably take you years to get over the addiction

And yes, my GPU is kicking out a good 600PPD
