W10 login time increase

Anyone else found that after a recent update W10 no longer takes 2-3 secs to login but is now taking 30 secs+? Local user folder is 2.6GB so not that bad.

Any ideas what is causing this? I can't see anything from Googling

Yes - it certainly has - get the spinning dots twice with a flash in the middle.

Also Windows Explorer (I avoid "Edge") takes ages now - whilst Firefox is OK.

For the initial builds of Win 10 all was super quick. I have tried removing all start up items that aren't essential.

My wife's PC - which was a new build and only saw 5 mins operation at Win 7 Sp1 before Win 10 was installed still seems OK.
