W10 slow as hell after hibernation

Ok this Pc is basically unusable after its 30 mins hibination time out

any ideas ?

Brand new z170 6700k 16gb 2 ssds

Is it link power state ? must be some driver any ideas?

ive had to set it to stay on for ever which isnt ideal

Have you considered standby instead of hibernate (ok the ram is powered but battery drain maybe ok)
otherwise can you find out with ProcessExplorer or task manager who is using the cpu/io/interrupts and making it slow after return from hibernation, latency monitor may report a particular driver as responsible.
