W11 & W10 LaptopDrivers

Had to reinstall my laptop. Windows 10
Always has done all the drivers and then updated them via updates. Having reinstalled W10 this is no longer the case. I’ve also tried W11 which it supports but not getting them as well.

Is there a driver pack or something that actually works?

Just download them from the manufacturers website.

Sadly no an option as HP are not listing them nor do I know what it wants as it’s base system driver, pci data acquisition and signal, unknown device etc

Snappy Driver Installer Origin is what you want. For laptops though, I don't install keyboard or touchpad drivers as I find they can stop working.

This usually works, but as mentioned ideally you want touchpad/keyboard drivers, and in some case audio drivers from the manufacturer as the generic ones don't always work.

Best way to do it is probably right-click on anything with a question mark in Device Manager, copy the hardware ID (Properties > Details > Hardware ID from the drop down list), then google for it. It might be something you wouldn't expect, eg "base system driver" could just be a card reader or something. It should at least point you in the right direction.

If you do find the right drivers don't forget to save them for future use.
