I have a Hyundai W240D monitor, and i having problems with my DVI port, which just seems not to work at all, i have no other problems with the screen and all the other inputs work fine, it's just the dvi port:
Whenever i connect my pc (dvi-dvi) or ps3 (ps3 conects with hdmi to dvi adapter) i just get a black screen with the backlight on, then after about 3 seconds the backlight turns off and it goes into stanby mode (red light turns on) and when i disconnect the dvi cable or dvi adapter the screen goes blue and says 'no input signal', so it's like it detects a input but i just get a black screen.
It defiently not the cable, ps3 or pc, beacause i can connect the ps3 and pc through dvi to my samsung 226bw and its fine. Also the dvi port worked fine the first day i had it, then when i turned my monitor on the second day it wouldnt work.
The other day i connected my pc to my 226bw through dvi and while it was on windows xp load screen i plugged it into my W240d and it showed the windows xp load screen, then when it finished the screen went black again.

ps. the screen is at default settings and even if i turn it off for an hour or a lont time and turn it on it dosnt work.
