Hey guys,
I work for a company that has two offices. We are currently trying to do all we can to save bandwidth between these offices as our Oracle system is suffering slightly.
Anyway, I've noticed that all 200 PCs in my office are syncing there time to the DC in the other office. This seems very odd as I have my own DC here.
How can I change the server in which the w32Time service sync's??
I've tried 'net time /setsntp:SERVERNAME' then restarted the service but it still syncs to the wrong DC. I've even changed a few details in my registry but with no joy.
If I could just work out how to do it on my machine I'll then either write a script or put a GPO together for the rest of the machines on my site.
Any ideas anyone??
Cheers in advance!
