Build 7000 was working just fine. I installed 7100 over it (a clean install) and it simply won't find any wireless networks whatsoever. I've tried the lot, such as troubleshooting, searching for networks, etc. Anyone else had the same problem? I'm sorry it's not very specific, but I don't know where to start. All I have to go by is that on Manage Wireless Networks screen, it says 'Wireless is Not Currently Enabled'. There's no magic button to enable it or anything.

I can't have been the only one with the issue. It's incredibly bizarre as build 7000 was flawless, as was Vista x64 before it.

Ok I connected by bridging my laptop's connection to it... it started to attempt to update the missing wireless network driver. It detects my wireless PCI adapter just fine, but it cannot seem to find the proper drivers, and just gives a code 10 everytime.

Need help big time. My wireless adapter is the Netgear WG311v3. None of the official drivers seem to work. Any others have that same wifi card?

Is this an issue with 7100? I'd thought it was my wireless adapter. I had the same issue (although I'm on a desktop).

What I had to do, was:

First, insert a driver CD, if you have it, if not, download a driver to your computer, then go to:

Start Menu -> Devices and Printers -> PC -> Hardware tab -> scroll down to wireless adapter and click properties -> Change settings -> Driver tab -> Update driver -> Browse for driver software -> locate the specific driver and use it.

Or you could try the automatic search, but that didn't work for me.

The problem wasn't that the drivers weren't installed, it's that it wasn't associating the adapter with the driver, and you have to manually link them.

It could be that it is just a coincidental bug with both our wireless cards though (mine's a Belkin).

I did exactly what you said already, but it's alright now as I've fixed the issue. I turned driver signing off and ran the Netgear install off the CD. Seemed to have done the trick.

Well, i've got Netgear WG111v3, and can't get this working in Windows 7 either. It runs on Vista 64, and XP fine, but not Windows 7 (32)!
