Background:
I have installed my OS onto a small sized SSD. I am using a 7200 RPM HDD as storage.

Is it possible for my documents, downloads, and pictures to all default (as in save) to the harddrive instead of the SSD? It is a rather large pain to keep having to search through directories to find what I need.

Would this require a reformat?

If you are using Windows 7 you can change the relevant "library" as follows:
1) add the location on your old HDD, e.g. "E:\username\docuements"
2) remove the location on the SSD drive, e.g. "C:\username\documents"

Click on the Start menu, and click on your username. This will show all of your libraries. Simply right click and there will be an option to change the location of each.
