W7 on laptop

OK so I've downloaded W7 RC and I'm planning on putting it onto my laptop as its full of Acer **** and Vista is slow and horrible. Its an Acer Aspire 6920 by the way.

Will I need any extra drivers?


From what I can think of there is

graphics,
audio,
bluetooth,
webcam,
card readers,
chipset,
touchpad,
wireless

or will W7 pick up most of these??
 
The only way to find out is to install it, though on my Dell D820 it picked up everything except for the nVidia Quatro GPU, and on my HP NC2400 it got everything other than the fingerprint reader. Drivers were available via Windows Update in both cases, so I did not have to deal with the usual annoyances.

In short, I would be surprised if you had to install drivers for any of the things you listed, and even if you do the Vista drivers will work fine. Enjoy!

I will download them all just in case I find that some things don't work.
