W7 Pro - Corrupt Icons on QB

Have just done a fresh install of W7 Pro, installed all of my apps and pinned the shortcuts to the QB. Ran CCleaner and rebooted. Now 3 of the QB shortcuts are corrupt and display the generic program icon instead of the app specific one. Why has this happened and how can I fix it?

If I navigate to the app folder in All Programs, the .exe icon for each app is corrupt there also.

Not sure how this has happened George but I've read that CCleaner can sometimes yield unwanted side effects.

Did you clean the registry with CCleaner? If so, restore the backup if you made one. (After you've run that, you can run CCleaner again without making the changes and see whether it's apparent that it's cleaning anything to do with those apps). If you didn't back up or this doesn't work, you can try a system restore. Next thing you can try is reinstalling the affected apps. If you don't want to do anything I've mentioned, you can find or make your own icons and right click on the .exe files to change them to whatever you wish.
