I've gotten used to W7's new taskbar now and im perfectly happy with it. The only exception is when im playing online poker. I play more than one table at a time and so im switching between them regularly. It would be much easier if they didn't merge on the taskbar like everything else. Is it possible to make an exception for the certain programs rather than having to disable merging it entirely?

Thanks.

You can go back to the Vista style by following this quick guide here: http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-get-back-vista-taskbar-in-windows-7/

But it is horrible and you lose the best features of the superbar in Windows 7.

I never have an issue switching between similar windows - you know you can hover over an icon and it pops up showing all the open windows? You just click the one you want and it brings it to the front.

Windows XP has the "Group Similar Taskbar buttons" option in the start menu options, W7 does not have this?

yes of course it does lol

just right click the taskbar and change the options

anyway if you're multi-tabling you should have all the tables in front of you tiled :P

I do have them tiled yes, but sometimes i'm multi tasking and browsing the net at the same time and what have you. Having to hover the taskbar icon and then select the table i want is simply not as quick and efficient as simply having all the tables on the taskbar like ye olde windows.
