W7 UAC asking constant permissions

After running a security check and rebooting I now get constant UAC's asking for permission to do stuff. On boot my MSI supercharger.exe jucheck.exe for java and so on.

I have never had this before and can't work out why. I have had to set it to never notify me or I have to keep having my desktop dimmed and permissions asked.

What could have changed?

I'm tempted to just run another firewall now but this has been fine since W7 was installed and I have never had to do anything with it before.

Go into the command prompt and type "net user administrator /active:yes", use the new user account that appears and you'll never have to deal with UAC ever again. :)

Does UAC have a "remember decisions" option? I'm on Win8 and don't remember. Is it possible that these prefs or settings were deleted? Personally I'd try and find out why this was happening if it's never done this before.

It happened after updating to the latest malaware update, I'm sure. Sadly unlike any other firewall I have used there is no remember box to tick :(
