W7 - XP Dual boot : Is there a way of defaulting which one will start?

My main OS is XP, but I installed W7 on a partition to see what it was like. Very nice.

My question is, is there a way to get the PC to boot to "earlier version of Windows" instead of W7? I mean, if I turn on the PC and wander off W7 boots by default after 20 seconds unless I choose XP. Just wondering if there is a wayof getting XP to default if I don't make a choice?

Go to control panel >> system >> advanced system settings then click on startup and recovery, you should see an option to set the default operating system. (in windows 7 think it is the same in xp)
