W8.1 colour management, missing monitor

With a fresh install of W8.1 I have no monitor listed under Colour Management > Device list, has this been changed in 8.1?

Setup is 6970 with an HP ZR24w monitor.

ungh looks like it's my gpu, the IGP works fine and displays the bios screens and startup and has a device profile in colour management but with the Radeon in it doesn't do either.
